Job Title: HPDC & Mould Fitting Supervisor (Bumper & Instrument Panel)

(Tool & Die / Mechanical Engineering) – Full Time

Job Responsibilities

- Work independently in Bumper/IP injection mould fitting & assembly.
- Co-ordinate with machining, inspection and quality sections.
- Attend die trials at customer end and troubleshoot the problems faced.
- Work for the reduction of fitting hours & cost through Kaizen.
- Ensure the safety of workplace and do timely KYT, HHT.
- Monitor fitting hours of the associates and time sheet data updation.
- Ensure proper 5s in the work area.
- Trial defects analysis and countermeasure planning through PDCA.

Technical / Functional:

- Good drawing reading skills & knowledge of Fits & Tolerances.




- Knowledge of mould manufacturing process and tool room machines
- Knowledge of die materials and heat treatment
- Knowledge of moulding machines
- Knowledge of moulding defects and countermeasures
- Positive analytical skills
- Very good problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office productivity software
- Basic knowledge of CNC milling, EDM machines.
- Basic knowledge of design software – UG-NX.
- Effective verbal and written communication skill.

Preferred Organization:

- 4-wheeler OEMs with Mould development/ Manufacturing experience: KIA, Hyundai, Toyota, Honda, VW, M&M;, Renault, Nissan, MG, TATA, Bajaj, Eicher, Force Motors, etc.
- Tier-1 Bumper/ Instrument panel Injection mould manufacturers for OEMs.
