ABOUT THE ROLE:

Fire Falls Insurance is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Coordinator/Support Specialist to support the day-to-day servicing operations of a U.S.-based commercial liability insurance brokerage. This role is central to the client and underwriting experience — you will prepare renewal documentation, manage certificates of insurance, process endorsement requests, and serve as a key point of written communication with U.S. underwriters and clients.

Because this position communicates directly and daily with U.S. underwriters and policyholders via email, flawless written English is a core, non-negotiable requirement of this job — not a preferred skill.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Renewal Processing: Track, create and process renewal E-Sign documents and payment links, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery ahead of policy expiration dates.
- Client & Underwriting Correspondence: Draft, proofread, and manage professional email correspondence with underwriters and clients — every message must be clear, grammatically correct, and free of errors, as it directly represents the agency to its carriers and policyholders.
- Endorsement Requests: Prepare, submit, and track endorsement requests with carriers, following up to ensure timely turnaround and accurate policy updates.
- COI Creation: Create and issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) accurately and promptly in response to client and third-party requests.
- ACORD Forms: Prepare and review ACORD forms (including 25, 27, 28, 125, 126, 130, and 140) with strong working knowledge of form requirements and supplemental applications across commercial liability lines.
- Documentation & Records: Maintain organized,



up-to-date records in the agency management system for all renewal, endorsement, and COI activity.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Flawless Written English (Required): Native or near-native fluency in written English, with impeccable grammar, spelling, and qualified tone — this will be assessed during the interview process.
- 3+ years in commercial P&C; insurance processing, account support, or a similar back-office brokerage role, ideally supporting a U.S. agency.
- Demonstrated, hands-on knowledge of ACORD forms and standard commercial liability documentation.
- Comfortable creating and troubleshooting E-Sign packages and payment links.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy under deadline pressure.
- Reliable availability to overlap with U.S. business hours (10:30PM - 6:30AM IST / 1 HR Break)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience with agency management systems (e.g., NowCerts, Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft, or similar).
- Prior experience working remotely for a U.S.-based insurance brokerage or MGA.
- Familiarity with U.S. commercial liability coverage lines (GL, umbrella/excess, etc.).
