Design Manager

Location - Trivandrum

An innovative and detail-oriented Interior Design Manager with expertise in leading design teams, managing client relationships, and delivering high-quality interior solutions. Skilled in project management, space planning, and design conceptualization, with a passion for creating functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces that align with clients’ visions and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and guide design teams, fostering creativity and ensuring cohesive design execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, translating their needs and preferences into design strategies.
- Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes that capture project requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and architects to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design integrity, adherence to safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Stay updated on design trends, materials, and industry innovations to keep projects fresh and forward-thinking
- Oversee design projects from concept to completion.
- Design Strategy & Development:
- Ensure consistency in design language across all projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovations.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
- Mentor and lead a team of designers.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and creative work workplace.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams.




- Communicate design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure all design work aligns with brand identity and target audience needs.
- Oversee technical drawings, 3D modeling, and material selection.
- Ensure feasibility of designs for manufacturing or production.
- Maintain high standards for aesthetics, functionality, and user experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Expertise in all modern design software’s
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of design principles, materials, and production processes.
- Creative problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Architecture, Interior Design, with minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in related field.

Skills & Competencies

- Space planning and 3D visualization
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Coohom, Infurnia, Adobe Creative Suite

Salary : 50,000 - 70,000

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Proven 7 years of experience in interior design.
