Profile - Supervisor (Fire & Safety)

Location - Haridwar (Uttarakhand)

Experience - Minimum 2years experience in Chemical / petrochemical industries pr minimum 4 years experience in Distillery, Sugar, Tire, Rubber, Plastic, Polymer Industries.

Education : 10+2 with Science Subject / Fire Safety or EHS Supervisor / Officer Diploma from recognized institute / B.SC

Key Responsibilities

- Fire Risk Assessments: Identify potential fire hazards in plants, buildings, and facilities.
- Policy Development: Create and enforce fire safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to local, national, and industry fire safety regulations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and maintain fire alarms, extinguishers, sprinklers, and other fire protection systems.
- Training & Drills: Conduct fire drills and educate staff on fire prevention and evacuation procedures.
- Emergency Response:



Quick response on all type of emergencies i.e., fire, chemical spillage, accident, and evacuation.
- Environment Monitoring: Ensure daily environment monitoring in plant and keeping records accordingly.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with EHS, Industrial Safety, fire safety systems and emergency protocols.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Enforcement PPEs matrix to plant employees and other workers.
- Exposure to handle the operations in extreme heat, smoke, and dangerous conditions.
- Requires wearing protective gear, BA set and handle the operations of heavy equipment.

Pay: ₹10,102.29 - ₹27,000.00 per month
