We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Fashion Consultant to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a valuable sense of fashion, and the ability to provide an exceptional shopping experience to customers.

Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in-store.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable outfits.
- Provide fashion styling and product suggestions.
- Handle billing, exchanges, and customer queries.
- Manage WhatsApp and email customer support.
- Maintain store displays and ensure visual merchandising standards.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Keep track of inventory and coordinate with the operations team.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in retail, fashion, or customer service.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Passion for fashion and styling.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
