About the Role

Grownicles Academy is looking for an energetic and experienced Online Math Tutor to lead small-group interactive sessions. We specialize in personalized, high-engagement learning. You will be teaching small batches of students with tailored instruction suited to varying learning speeds and levels.

Key Responsibilities

- Small Group Instruction: Conduct engaging, live 1-hour online classes for micro-batches (maximum 4 students per batch) of similar grade levels.
- Differentiated Teaching: Adapt explanations, problem-solving methods, and practice material to cater to students with differing learning paces within the same group.
- Interactive Learning: Utilize digital whiteboards, screen sharing, and online visual aids to make core math concepts intuitive and easy to grasp.
- Student Progress Tracking: Monitor individual performance, provide constructive feedback, and address learning gaps proactively.
- Communication: Maintain brief updates for parents on student growth and consistency.

Qualifications & Skills

- Prior Experience:



Proven prior experience in online teaching is strictly mandatory.
- Subject Expertise: Strong foundation in Mathematics and standard school curricula.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using online teaching tools (Zoom/Google Meet, stylus/graphic tablet, and digital whiteboards like Miro, JamBoard, or OpenBoard).
- Adaptability: Exceptional patience and skill in adjusting teaching strategies to suit both advanced learners and students needing foundational support.
- Communication: Clear, friendly, and effective verbal communication skills.
