Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad (Work from Office)
Experience: Fresher to 3 Years
Salary: As per experience

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain the company's products and services clearly.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team when required.
- Maintain customer information and update CRM/software regularly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead management.
- Prepare daily call reports and sales updates.

Requirements

- Fresher or up to 3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Tele Calling,



Customer Support, or Sales.
- Good communication and convincing skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
