We are a Delhi-based production house with 15 years in films, branded content, and animation. We have produced feature films, 300+ commercials, and built stories for some of India's most recognisable brands.
We are now building a services business — and we need someone to lead it creatively.
What this role is
You will be the creative anchor of our services business. You will walk into client meetings alone, read the room, build a direction, and defend it. You will manage an experienced internal team and set the standard for what goes out the door. You will bring the same storytelling rigour we apply to our films into every brand brief we take on.
This is not a coordinator role. Not a manager role. A maker who leads.
What we are looking for
You are exceptional — not just good — in at least 2 of these:
Graphic design, video editing, AI video creation.
You have managed or directed a creative team before. You have pitched to a senior client — a founder, a CMO, a board member — alone, and held the room.
You have a contemporary sensibility. You know what is working in branded content in 2025–26. AI tools are already part of your daily workflow, not something you are exploring.
You have an opinion about what most agencies are getting wrong. And a reason for it.
What will not work here
A outstanding portfolio with zero leadership. Strategy vocabulary with nothing to show. Someone who needs a senior person in the room to close a client.
