- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Understand client goals, business objectives, and marketing needs
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, performance marketing, content, social media)
- Prepare and share campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns and tasks
- Present strategies, reports, and performance updates to clients
- Track project progress and maintain status documentation
- Handle client feedback and ensure revisions are implemented
- Identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities
- Build long-term client relationships
