Key Responsibilities

1. Sales: Consultation & Conversion

- Customer Engagement: Conduct detailed discovery sessions to understand the customer’s lifestyle, functional needs, and aesthetic preferences.
- Showroom Walkthroughs: Lead inspiring tours of the showroom, effectively demonstrating modular solutions, finishes, and premium hardware.
- Budgetary Proposals: Create initial design concepts and BOQs (Bills of Quantities) that balance the customer’s aspirations with their financial expectations.
- Cooperative Closing: Partner with the Business Manager - Sales for high-stakes commercial discussions and meetings to convert prospects into confirmed bookings.

2. Design & Technical Excellence

- Proposal Development: Use Sketchup (Porlance) design software to create 3D presentations for Kitchens, Wardrobes, and Full-Home interiors and AutoCAD for production drawings.
- Standard Adherence: Ensure all designs follow industry standards and the latest product offerings, technical updates, and manufacturing guidelines.
- Aesthetic Leadership: Deliver design proposals that reflect “Modern Living” trends while maintaining high functional utility.

3. Post-Booking: Project Leadership & Login

- End-to-End Ownership: Once a booking is secured,



lead the project through the technical design phase until the final Order Login.
- Backend Coordination: Direct the Design Associates on backend technical work (GFC drawings, production-ready BOQs), ensuring they accurately reflect the customer’s vision.
- Design Sign-off: Manage the client relationship to obtain a formal Design Sign-off within the committed company timelines.

4. Financial Accountability

- Milestone Payments: Ensure the project meets financial health requirements by securing a 50% payment immediately upon design sign-off.
- Order Readiness: Collate all technical documents, signed drawings, and payment confirmations to facilitate a 100% error-free handover to the manufacturing team.

Pay: â‚ą400,000.00 - â‚ą600,000.00 per year
