Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits and client meetings.
- Identify and approach residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
- Promote and sell pest control and hygiene solutions.
- Conduct site visits and understand customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the operations team for service delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily activity reports.
- Follow up on leads and close sales effectively.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and customer handling abilities.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile applications.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of field sales experience (Pest Control, Facility Management, FMCG, Pharma, Insurance, Industrial Sales, or B2B Sales preferred).
- Two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Valid Driving License is mandatory.
- Must be willing to travel within Vadodara and nearby areas.
