Key Responsibilities

- Material Procurement: Source and purchase raw materials specific to our industry, including aluminum profiles, glass, ACP (Aluminum Composite Panels), specialized hardware, silicones, and gaskets.
- Production List Management: Maintain, update, and track the daily factory production list based on project priorities, ensuring fabrication schedules are met.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of raw materials and accessories to prevent any production downtime or delays on the fabrication floor.
- Logistics & Delivery Coordination: Plan, schedule, and coordinate transport vehicles for the safe delivery of fabricated windows, frames, and cladding materials to various sites, ensuring zero transit damage.
- Vendor & Contractor Management: Deal directly with glass processors, profile suppliers, and transport contractors to negotiate timelines and maintain cost efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

- Industry Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in procurement, store management, or production coordination specifically within a window fabrication, facade, or cladding firm.
- Material Knowledge:



Solid understanding of fabrication materials (aluminum systems, glass types, ACP, fixing brackets, and hardware).
- Tracking & Excel: Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel for managing production lists, dispatch schedules, and inventory tracking.
- Logistics Coordination: Experience managing local transport logistics and organizing safe loading/unloading of fragile or oversized materials (like large glass panels and fabricated frames).
- Mindset: A highly organized problem-solver who can handle multiple project deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred (A Plus)

- Familiarity with creating dispatch documentation and E-Way bills.
- Ability to understand cutting lists or basic technical requirements from the design team to verify incoming material accuracy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
