About the Role

We are looking for high-performing finance professionals to join the FP&A; team and support strategic financial planning, business performance management, and decision-support activities. The role offers exposure to senior leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and dynamic business environments.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to interpret financial data to provide meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Forecasting

- Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
- Prepare and maintain financial models for revenue, cost, and profitability analysis.
- Assist business teams in preparing financial plans aligned with organizational objectives.

Management Reporting & Analysis

- Prepare monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Conduct variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods.
- Analyze financial and operational KPIs to identify business trends and performance drivers.

Business Partnering

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve operational and financial performance.




- Support leadership with ad-hoc analysis, scenario planning, and business case evaluations.

Process Improvement & Controls

- Drive automation and standardization of reporting processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal financial controls.
- Support ERP-based reporting and process enhancement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification

- CA / CA Inter

Experience

- 3–8 years of relevant experience in FP&A;, Business Finance, MIS Reporting, Financial Reporting, or Commercial Finance.

Technical Skills

- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting concepts.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working on ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, NetSuite, or similar systems preferred.
- Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau will be an added advantage.
