The ideal candidate should have strong experience in ERW/precision tube manufacturing with hands-on knowledge of tube mill quality, metallurgical testing, SPC, PFMEA, PPAP, 8D, and IATF 16949 requirements. The candidate should also possess strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills, with the ability to manage customer requirements, drive continuous improvement, and work effectively across departments in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage quality assurance for ERW Tube Mill and Slitter operations
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and internal quality standards
- Handle metallurgical testing, spectrometer, and laboratory activities
- Implement and maintain SPC, MSA, PFMEA, PPAP, Control Plans, and SOPs
- Handle customer complaints, root cause analysis, and 8D reports
- Lead internal, external, and customer audits
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and EMS 14001
- Lead the QA team and coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Stores

Required Profile:

- B.E./B.Tech in Metallurgy / Metallurgical Engineering preferred
- 18+ years of experience in Steel Tube / Precision Tube manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of ERW Tube Mill quality systems




- Experience in automotive quality requirements preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
