- Hardware Setup & Maintenance: Assemble, install, and configure PCs, laptops, servers, printers and peripheral devices.
- Network Administration: Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and software.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues promptly.
- Cable Management: Install and test network cabling and infrastructure.
- System Security: Implement security measures such as anti-virus software and manage firewalls.
- Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote support to end-users.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or ITI in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in hardware and network support.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs.
