Job Description

- Execute manual and automated test cases to validate functionality, usability, and performance of voicebots and chatbots

- Perform regular quality checks on live bots and report existing flaws, along with documenting improvisations on ticketing platforms.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.

- Create and maintain detailed test documentation including test plans, cases, and scripts.

- Perform regression testing to ensure stability after changes.

- Participate in test planning, estimation, and execution for recent features and maintenance releases.

- Contribute to improving testing processes, tools,



and methodologies.

- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging testing techniques.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.

- Good understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.

Experience

- 3 - 4 years of experience with test case design techniques and execution, preferably with a SaaS based company

Functional/Technical Skills

- Valuable knowledge about customer behaviour while interacting with bots to be able to develop robust test cases.

- Knowledge about SQL and log management
