Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Pre – Microsoft 365 & Power Platform with 4+ years of experience to support our sales team in delivering Microsoft-based business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with customers to understand business requirements and challenges.
- Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations for Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
- Design and propose solutions using Microsoft 365 services, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Prepare technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and effort estimations.
- Work closely with sales and delivery teams to develop customer-centric solutions.
- Conduct workshops, proof of concepts (POCs), and technical discussions with stakeholders.
- Stay updated on Microsoft technologies, licensing, and best practices.
- Support the transition from pre-sales to implementation teams.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions.




- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Azure AD).
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing and security features.
- Experience in solution architecture, proposal preparation, and customer presentations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Microsoft certifications in M365 or Power Platform are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in pre-sales, consulting, or solution architecture roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
