The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and safely operating production machinery to ensure the effective manufacturing of high-quality products. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues on the fly.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Setup & Operation: Prepare machinery for production runs by installing tools, adjusting settings, and loading raw materials according to blueprints or production orders.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products periodically during the shift using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, or gauges) to ensure they meet exact specifications.
- Routine Maintenance: Clean and lubricate machines, replace worn parts, and perform minor troubleshooting to prevent equipment downtime.
- Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to safety guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintaining a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs of production output, material usage, and any equipment defects or downtime.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
