The ideal candidate will generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and help clients find the right property while achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Generate new leads through calls, referrals, social media, and field activities. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plots, villas, and apartments. Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective customers. Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful sales. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead generation activities. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new projects.



Required Skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Sales-oriented with a positive attitude. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Experience in real estate sales is an added advantage.
