We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Full-Time Billing Executive / Accountant to handle retail and wholesale billing at our saree shop. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day billing, managing invoice entries, and maintaining basic accounting records.

Married candidates preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate accurate invoices for both retail customers and wholesale buyers.
- Handle daily cash, card, and digital payment transactions at the counter.
- Maintain basic bookkeeping, daybook entries, and sales logs.
- Assist with inventory tracking and stock tallying against sales bills.
- Address customer queries regarding billing and prices politely.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate.
- Knowledge:



Basic knowledge of accounting principles and computer billing software.
- Experience: Prior experience in retail, wholesale, or textile shop billing is a plus (Freshers with valuable basic accounting skills can also apply).
- Skills: Good numerical ability, speed in computer entry, and honest work ethic.
- Preferences: Married candidates preferred.
