Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and agile Facility Manager to oversee housekeeping operations, estate management, and facility maintenance activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities in Kannada and English, and experience in managing housekeeping teams and outdoor facility operations.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management (Mandatory)
- Strong communication skills in Kannada and English (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage housekeeping staff and supervisors.
- Prepare and manage daily and weekly cleaning schedules and task allocations.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Coordinate with maintenance and facility teams for repairs and upkeep.
- Manage housekeeping inventory, consumables, and equipment; monitor usage and control wastage.
- Train and motivate staff on cleaning techniques, equipment handling, and safety practices.
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Oversee housekeeping of outdoor areas, estate management, roads, footpaths, grills,



and common premises.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and client satisfaction.

- Ability to manage multiple operational activities efficiently.
- Knowledge of housekeeping standards, safety procedures, and facility management practices.
