- Supervise day-to-day plant operations and production activities
- Plan and manage production schedules to meet targets
- Ensure quality control and adherence to manufacturing standards
- Monitor workforce productivity and manage plant staff effectively Implement cost-control and process improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory guidelines
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth operational flow
- Prepare operational reports and analyze plant performance
- MBA graduate only
- 2-3 years experience in management role
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
