Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations at our Tarapur Manufacturing Plant (Palghar).

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of raw materials, packing materials, finished goods, and consumables.
- Ensure optimum warehouse utilization, material handling, and storage practices.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock verification and reconciliation.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO practices and minimize inventory losses.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Planning, QA, and Logistics teams for smooth material movement.
- Oversee dispatch planning, transportation coordination, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Generate warehouse MIS reports, inventory reports, and KPI dashboards using ERP.
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring productivity, discipline, and continuous improvement.
- Support internal, customer, and ISO audits.

Required Qualifications

- M.Sc. preferred (Graduation mandatory)
- Minimum 7 years of Warehouse Management experience
- Chemical Industry experience is most preferred
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, dispatch planning,



logistics coordination, stock control, and ERP systems.
- Experience in handling warehouse teams and large-scale inventory.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi/Marathi.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates residing in Mumbai Western Suburbs will be preferred.
- Willing to work at Tarapur MIDC Plant (Palghar)
