Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive

Madariz Impex Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive to join our growing team in Ernakulam.

Job Details

- Location: Kuzhivelippadi, Ernakulam
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply)
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Friday

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Introduce company products and services professionally.
- Generate leads and schedule follow-up calls.
- Maintain customer relationships and respond to inquiries.
- Record customer interactions and update CRM/database.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.




- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English (Mandatory).
- Hindi speaking ability is an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Ability to work in a target-oriented setting.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates residing in or near Ernakulam will be given preference.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
