We are a premier resort dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a relaxing and luxurious environment. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and receivable
- Oversee daily purchase order (PO) control and ensure proper documentation and approvals
- Monitor and manage job orders related to maintenance, operations, and projects
- Handle vendor management, including invoice verification, reconciliation, and timely payments
- Supervise and coordinate procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and compliance
- Maintain oversight of storekeeping and inventory control, ensuring accurate stock records and audits
- Manage logistics coordination and control for timely delivery and material movement
- Lead cost control and cost management initiatives across departments
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal financial policies




- Conduct financial analysis and provide actionable insights to management
- Monitor cash flow and optimize financial performance
- Coordinate with auditors and manage internal/external audits
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of accounting experience (hospitality/resort experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g.,PMS, Hotsfot, Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems) Mainly hotel softwares
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

- CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent certification
- Experience in hospitality or resort industry
- Knowledge of GST and local tax regulations
