- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain high-quality software output.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Robust knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices related to enterprise warehouse management systems.
- Experience in leading software development teams and managing complex project deliveries.
- Ability to design scalable and high-performance software solutions tailored to business needs.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting SAP EWM with other enterprise systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and efficient solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP EWM.
