Build the appropriate channel and create the requiredfunnel to deliver on monthly site acquisition plan

- Ensure that the acquired transparent the company legal and handover the same deployment of ATM to project team

Overall and Segment Wise Management and Site Profitability

Ensure sharp execution ofmarketing plans to maximise revenue

Ensure every site deployed break-even in 6 months

Work out a plan enhancing the transaction from revenue sites Else, plan redeployment

- Responsible for site performance be the key owner low revenue site performance

Competition Tracking

Responsible for building aunderstanding of competition across business parameter
