Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Site Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects within our organization. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Supervision: Lead and supervise construction teams, ensuring that projects progress according to the schedule and within budget.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of work quality and ensure that all construction work complies with industry standards and regulations.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, and ensure that all employees adhere to safety guidelines.
- Resource Management: Manage construction resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to optimize efficiency.
- Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers to develop and refine project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction, making decisions that keep projects on track.
- Reporting:



Provide regular project status reports to management and clients.
- Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of all construction activities, including changes, delays, and variations.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Solid leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
- Effective communication skills.
