Telecaller & Receptionist

Fab Signature Salon – Kochi

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and organized Telecaller & Receptionist to join our team.

Freshers and experienced individuals are welcome to apply! Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

* Answer phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.

* Schedule and manage client appointments.

* Welcome and assist clients at the reception.

* Follow up with clients regarding appointments and salon offers.

* Handle billing and basic front desk administrative tasks.

* Maintain a warm and professional experience for every client.

Requirements:

* Valuable communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage).

* Basic computer skills.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
