We're looking for a Business Development Executive (Female) to join our SheConnect initiative and help Chartered Accountants discover powerful tax compliance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive new customer acquisition and achieve sales targets.
- Generate business through calls, emails, virtual meetings, and face-to-face client visits.
- Conduct a minimum of 2 client meetings every week.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable tax software solutions.
- Coordinate with product experts whenever technical assistance is required.
- Maintain customer relationships and convert prospects into customers.
- Update daily sales activities in CRM.
- Monitor competitor offerings and market trends.
- Share regular sales reports with the Sales Manager.





Requirements

- Female candidates only
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with field sales and client meetings
- Target-oriented with a proactive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge
- Software sales experience is preferred
- Direct sales experience is an advantage

Work Details

- Working Hours: 11:30 AM – 6:30 PM (7 hours including 1-hour break)
- Remote work with client visits
- Laptop and stable internet connection required
- Mandatory online training (4–5 days)
- Visit to Jaipur Head Office once every 6 months (7–10 days)

Candidate Profile

- Female candidate
- Graduate in any discipline
- Resident of Chennai
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Tamil (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Willing to travel locally for client meetings

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
