We are looking for passionate, experienced, and industry-oriented professionals to join our academic team as Full-Time Faculty – Architectural Design & Software Training.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality classroom and practical training in architectural and design software.
- Train students with real-world project workflows and industry practices.
- Guide students in preparing architectural drawings, 3D models, presentations, and construction documentation.
- Develop course materials, assignments, practical exercises, and project evaluations.
- Mentor students in portfolio development and career preparation.
- Stay updated with current architectural design trends, construction technologies, and software advancements.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, student activities, and institutional development initiatives.
- Maintain academic records, student assessments, and classroom discipline.

Required Technical Skills

Candidates should possess strong working knowledge in most of the following:

- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- V-Ray / Enscape
- Lumion




- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesign
- D5 Render (Preferred)
- Twinmotion (Preferred)

Design Knowledge

The ideal candidate should have:

- Robust architectural planning and space planning skills.
- Excellent presentation and visualization abilities.
- Good architectural design sense and aesthetics.
- Knowledge of residential, commercial, and interior projects.
- Understanding of construction drawings and working drawings.
- Basic knowledge of materials, construction methods, and site practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of professional or teaching experience preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional software skills and design talent may also apply.
