Position: CNC Operator

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC machinery for modular furniture and interior production
- Read and understand production drawings and cutting layouts
- Load materials and monitor machine operations for accurate cutting and finishing
- Ensure proper machine setup, calibration, and tool alignment
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
- Check finished components for quality and dimensional accuracy
- Coordinate with design and production teams for smooth workflow
- Minimize material wastage and maintain production efficiency
- Follow factory safety standards and operational procedures
- Report machine issues or production delays to supervisors promptly

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of CNC machine operations
- Ability to read technical drawings and measurements
- Understanding of cutting tools, panel sizes,



and machine settings
- Familiarity with modular furniture manufacturing is preferred
- Attention to detail and quality control
- Basic troubleshooting skills

Preferred Software Knowledge

- CNC nesting software (preferred)
- Basic understanding of AutoCAD drawings
- Knowledge of Pytha / Infurnia production outputs is an added advantage

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma / Technical certification preferred
- 1–3 years of CNC operating experience preferred
- Freshers with technical training may also apply

- Team player with good coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to current machinery and processes
