We are looking for a highly creative Video & Graphic Designer with 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing agencies who can create engaging visual content for social media, performance marketing campaigns, websites, and brand creatives.

The ideal candidate should be well-versed with modern design tools, video editing software, and AI-powered creative tools to produce high-performing content for digital platforms.

You should have a robust understanding of visual storytelling, social media trends, reel formats, ad creatives, and brand design.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing & Motion Graphics

- Create high-quality short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Ads) for social media platforms
- Edit Instagram reels, YouTube shorts, promotional videos, and ad creatives
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and animations
- Convert raw footage into engaging storytelling content

Graphic Design

- Design social media creatives, banners, ad creatives, thumbnails, posters, and infographics
- Create performance marketing creatives for Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Design website graphics,



landing page creatives, and brand assets
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual content

AI & Creative Tools

- Use AI tools to speed up creative production and enhance quality
- Generate AI visuals, backgrounds, voiceovers, and editing automation
- Stay updated with latest design trends and creative technologies

Collaboration

- Work closely with social media managers, performance marketing team, and content writers
- Understand campaign objectives and create high-converting visual content
- Brainstorm creative ideas for viral reels and campaign creatives
