- A clear understanding of WordPress Actions and Filters
- Extensive knowledge of web application security
- Expertise in building performance-optimized applications
- Ability to do security & performance audits of the application
- Excellent research skills & innovative approach toward a solution
- Good understanding of User Experience
- Debugging knowledge for a wide range of browsers and devices
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Familiar with Conversion Rate Optimization – constantly auditing client sites to perform amendments for conversion optimization
