Experience Required

- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial Kerala banana chips manufacturing.
- Experience producing authentic Nendran banana chips.
- Experience working in a commercial unit producing at least 50 kg/day is preferred.

Responsibilities

- Set up the complete banana chips production process.
- Prepare authentic Kerala-style banana chips with consistent taste and crispness.
- Standardize recipes and create SOPs for production.
- Control frying temperature, oil quality, slice thickness, seasoning, and packing.
- Train local workers and women SHGs in hygienic food production.
- Reduce wastage and improve production efficiency.
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Manage daily production planning and inventory of raw materials.

Skills Required

- Expertise in Kerala banana chips production.
- Knowledge of coconut oil and refined oil frying methods.
- Understanding of seasoning techniques.
- Ability to train a production team.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and quality control.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
