Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive CRM Executive to manage client follow-ups, CRM updates, lead coordination, and onboarding processes. The candidate should have good communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets to ensure smooth client and team operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update CRM sheets and Diet Tracker daily
- Conduct client follow-ups through WhatsApp and phone calls
- Send follow-up reminders as per timelines
- Coordinate with Sales and Dietitian teams for smooth onboarding
- Assign and manage new leads within defined timelines
- Maintain follow-up logs and client communication records
- Escalate unresponsive cases to the concerned team
- Prepare daily and weekly CRM reports

Required Skills





- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong follow-up and multitasking abilities
- Professional WhatsApp and call handling skills
- Attention to detail and data management skills

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline
- Experience in CRM, Customer Support, Operations, or Coordination preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
