We are looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and customer-focused Hospital Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to provide a welcoming experience for patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and attendants professionally.
- Register patients and maintain accurate records.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Provide information about hospital services, departments, and doctors.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments for smooth patient flow.
- Manage patient inquiries and resolve basic concerns courteously.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
- Handle billing-related queries and guide patients to the appropriate department when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Perform other front office and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
