VSM Scholars is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Admission Counselors to join our team in Meerut. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to start their career in counseling and student engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and guide them about available courses and programs
- Handle inquiries via calls, messages, and walk-ins
- Explain admission procedures and assist students throughout the enrollment process
- Maintain student records and follow up with prospective candidates
- Achieve daily/weekly admission targets
- Build robust relationships with students and parents
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
