Role: Purchase Associate Report to: Purchase Manager / Supply Chain Head

INDUSTRY BACKGROUND ONLY INTO PESTICIDES,HERBISIDES,FUNGISIDES (AGRO CHEMICAL INDUSTRY ONLY).

1. Procurement & Vendor Coordination:

* Assist in procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and office supplies as per company requirements.

* Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, and delivery schedules.

* Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and timely.

* Follow up with suppliers for order confirmations and dispatch details.

2. Purchase Documentation & Records :

* Maintain purchase records, vendor files, quotations, and procurement documentation.

* Ensure proper documentation of invoices, GRNs, and purchase-related approvals.

* Update purchase data in ERP/Tally/software systems regularly.

3. Inventory & Material Planning Support:

* Support timely availability of materials for smooth business operations.

4. Vendor Management

* Maintain professional relationships with existing suppliers.





* Assist in identifying recent vendors and collecting comparative quotations.

* Support vendor evaluation based on quality, pricing, and delivery performance.

5. Cost Control & Purchase Efficiency:

* Support cost-saving initiatives through price comparison and negotiation coordination.

* Ensure purchases are made within approved budgets and company policies.

* Minimize delays in procurement processes.

6. Coordination & Communication:

* Coordinate with accounts for invoice submission and payment follow-ups.

* Provide regular updates on pending orders and procurement status.

7. Compliance & Process Adherence:

* Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.

* Maintain confidentiality of vendor pricing and commercial terms.

* Maintaining purchase records

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
