Job Responsibilities :

Responsibilities include:

Support Business development activities.

Proposal preparation (Detailed Engineering; Review only for Basic Engr).

Project acquisition meeting.

Project kickoff / review meetings.

Perform key process design functions - Piping / mechanical engineering, - Project management.

Identification, Selection and management of subcontractors as needed.

Support recruitment activities.

Key department management / administration function like performance appraisals, resource allocation, etc.

Preparation and management of the department budget.

Oversee smooth execution of the projects.

Assign responsibilities and monitor performance of all subordinates.

Coordinate project activities between various disciplines and the customer.





Day-to-Day management of the engineering staff / subcontractors.

Coordinate weekly review meeting for the subcontractors.

Job Requirements :

Qualification & Key Technical Skills:

Bachelors or (Preferably) Masters in Mechanical Engineering

Min 15+ years of experience in the engineering industry.

Experience in Hydrocarbon, Petrochemicals industry preferred; 5+ yrs of international experience desirable; 5+ yrs of process engineering background; Pre-commissioning / commissioning exposure desirable.

Good handle of piping and mechanical engineering activities.

Sound academics from reputed institute and valuable communication skills in verbal & written English.
