- Receive, answer and prioritize emergency and non-emergency calls
- Proactively address problems and suggest solutions of all dispatch related queries and solution focused to avoid repetitive problems
- Receive and dispatch orders
- Ensuring that all work is accurately entered and managed in the dispatch system
- Execution of planned dispatches and optimizing total work time for dispatch process
- Communicate with drivers on the ETA's of orders and make sure the order is completed in a timely manner.
- Oversee the route of drivers
- Monitor special driver requirements for each site to ensure they are being adhered to
- Communicate professionally with customers in order to resolve service issues in a timely manner and providing customers with status updates.
- Ensure drivers follow Company Safety Policies and Procedures for example: HOS,
