Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop creative assets for marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal collections
- Create engaging content for digital platforms including social media, website, and online advertisements
- Develop print-ready designs for brochures, catalogues, banners, in-store branding, and other marketing collaterals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize campaign ideas and visual storytelling
- Ensure consistency in brand guidelines, typography, and visual identity across all creatives
- Support video content creation including basic editing, reels, and promotional videos
- Coordinate with internal teams (studio, merchandising, and retail) for content requirements
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience: 3–6 years in graphic design, preferably in retail, fashion, or jewellery industry

Skills:

- Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop

o Adobe Illustrator

o Adobe Premiere Pro





o Adobe After Effects

- Core Competencies:

o Strong creative thinking and visualization skills

o Attention to detail and design aesthetics

o Understanding of current design trends, especially in retail and luxury segments

o Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting

Relevant Experience:

- Experience in retail / fashion / jewellery brand creatives
- Hands-on experience in campaign creatives and marketing collaterals
- Strong exposure to digital and print artwork preparation

Additional Advantage:

- Experience in product photography
- Knowledge of short video creation and editing (reels, ads, etc.)

Work Requirements:

- Based in Coimbatore
- 6 days working
