Sales Marketing Manager

Location : Ahmedabad

We are looking for an experienced sales skilled to drive business growth, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, distributors, hospitals, and key clients
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities
- Promote products and strengthen brand presence
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery
- Manage key accounts and negotiate commercial terms
- Submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback
- Support and guide junior sales team members when required

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Strong communication, negotiation,



and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to work independently and manage field sales activities
- Good understanding of market trends and customer needs
- Graduate in any discipline (Science/Pharmacy background preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
