We are hiring a Vendor Development Engineer to manage supplier development and vendor-related activities. The candidate will be responsible for vendor evaluation, coordination, and performance tracking to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new vendors based on company requirements
- Handle vendor onboarding and maintain related documentation
- Monitor vendor performance in terms of quality, delivery, and cost
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely material availability
- Maintain vendor records and update reports regularly
- Work closely with procurement and production teams

Requirements:

- 5–10 years of experience in vendor development or procurement
- Knowledge of vendor management processes
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work with internal teams and external suppliers

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in manufacturing environment
- Basic understanding of supply chain processes
- Problem-solving and analytical skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
