Job Description:
Procurement Manger will handle overall Procurement process like Strategic sourcing, Forecasting, conduct research, negotiate with vendors, evaluate bids, analyze data, Develop & implement Procurement strategy.

Procurement Strategy & Planning

Define procurement strategies for timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven material acquisition

Optimize inventory management by determining bulk vs. on-demand purchasing based on project needs

Develop and oversee procurement execution plans covering purchasing, logistics, shipping, and inspections

Supplier Management & Negotiation

Identify and evaluate suppliers based on project requirements, credit terms, and performance metrics





Build long-term relationships with key suppliers and negotiate contracts and credit terms

Continuously assess supplier performance to ensure reliability and quality

Operational Procurement & Coordination

Process purchase orders and manage the flow of goods to meet production timelines

Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors, Project, and Accounts teams to align procurement with project priorities

Ensure accurate cost calculations, invoice allocations, and order status tracking

Inventory & Cost Control

Monitor inventory levels and consumption patterns to avoid shortages or overstocking

Approve bills, track requisitions, and maintain purchasing records and reports

Analyze and review purchase comparisons for cost-effective decision-making.
