Position: Retail Store Manager

Experience Required

· 1–4 years of experience in Retail Operations as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Retail Store Manager

· Experience in the Footwear, Apparel, or any Retail Industry is mandatory

Salary & Benefits

· ₹15,000–₹18,000 Net Take-Home Salary

Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day store operations

· Deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets

· Handle inventory management and stock control

· Maintain store housekeeping and visual merchandising standards

· Prepare daily sales and stock reports

· Coordinate with the management team to ensure smooth store operations

Required Skills

· Strong leadership and team management skills

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising

· Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel





· Experience with POS/Billing software

· Target-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
