Position: Senior Nurse (Aesthetic Clinic)
Location: Linking Road, Santacruz (West), Above Bombay Adda, Mumbai – 400052, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Nurse to join a premium Aesthetic & Dermatology Clinic in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have experience in aesthetic procedures, excellent patient counselling skills, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist dermatologists and aesthetic physicians during procedures.
- Prepare patients before treatments and provide post-procedure care.
- Assist in Botox, fillers, PRP, and other aesthetic procedures under the doctor's supervision.
- Operate and assist with laser treatments (hair removal, pigmentation, skin rejuvenation) as per clinic protocols.
- Perform skin assessments and support treatment planning.
- Educate and counsel patients regarding treatment options and aftercare.
- Ensure strict infection control, sterilization, and hygiene standards.
- Maintain patient records and treatment documentation.
- Ethically promote treatment packages and skincare products based on patient needs.
- Deliver an outstanding patient experience while maintaining clinic standards.

Qualifications





- B.Sc. Nursing (Mandatory) (GNM candidates with relevant experience may also be considered).
- Valid registration with the Indian Nursing Council or State Nursing Council.

Experience

- 4–7 years of total nursing experience.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an Aesthetic or Dermatology Clinic.

Required Skills

- Experience with laser treatments, chemical peels, and aesthetic procedures.
- Knowledge of skin types, skin analysis, and treatment protocols.
- Patient counselling and consultation support.
- Robust understanding of hygiene and infection control practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, well-groomed, and client-focused approach.

Preferred Certifications

- Laser Safety Certification.
- Aesthetic/Dermatology Assistant Training.
- BLS/ACLS Certification.
