We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy meeting clients, generating leads, and closing business deals, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct client meetings and product/service presentations.
- Generate qualified leads through various sales channels.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams for successful project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing,



preferably in the IT or Digital Marketing industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Experience in lead generation and business development.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage.
