Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospital Operations Manager to join our team at Sri Venkateshwaraa Medical College Hospital and Research Centre in Pondicherry. As the Hospital Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hospital, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

- Collaborate with medical staff and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of patient care

- Manage and supervise all hospital operations, including patient care, staff management, budgeting, and facility maintenance





- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards

- Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers

- Prepare and present reports to senior management on hospital operations and performance

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital operations management

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of successfully managing and improving hospital operations

- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Job Requirements
