We are hiring for a rapidly growing international direct sales and e-commerce organization specializing in beauty, wellness, and pharmaceutical products. The company has a strong presence across South-East Asia and is expanding rapidly in India, Europe, and the Middle East.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Director to lead and scale outbound telesales operations in India. The current telesales team size is 80+ employees, with plans to expand to 150+ employees by the end of 2026.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing large outbound sales teams, driving revenue growth, improving conversions, and building high-performing telesales operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily outbound telesales operations to achieve business targets
- Drive sales performance, productivity, and conversion improvements
- Develop SOPs, sales processes, and KPI frameworks
- Lead hiring, coaching, training, and retention initiatives
- Monitor call quality and operational performance




- Analyze sales reports and operational metrics
- Handle escalations and support team performance management
- Collaborate with leadership on growth and expansion strategies

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of experience in telesales / call center operations
- Minimum 6 years managing large sales teams (50–150+ members)
- Strong outbound sales and KPI management experience
- Experience in team scaling, coaching, and performance management
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in E-commerce, Insurance, BPO, EdTech, Direct Sales, Wellness, or Consumer Products preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace
